FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA: ‘Sister Wives’ star Garrison Brown reportedly struggled with depression and addiction before his death by apparent suicide, claims a new report.

The 25-year-old son of the ‘Sister Wives’ patriarch Kody Brown reportedly had problems with an ex-girlfriend before his death by purported self-inflicted gunshot wound.

As the police are investigating his death, Garrison’s three roommates, Tyler, Cheyenne, and Addison have recorded their statements to law enforcement.

Garrison Brown was reportedly ‘depressed’

The Sun has released the details regarding the police investigations as the cops transcribed the remarks of Garrison’s roommates.

The news outlet quoted a police officer writing, “Addison stated that he has had conversations with [Garrison] about him being depressed lately,” before adding, “He stated that [Garrison] is an alcoholic and drinks every night.”

Addison has further shared that they spent considerable time together at the night before, but Garrison didn’t say anything that could be considered a “red flag.” However, the reality TV star appeared “intoxicated.”

The roommate also shared about Garrison having troubles with one of his ex-girlfriends as the report reads that Addison “stated that he knew that [Garrison] was having problems with his ex-girlfriend and that he was not a very happy person.”

Another roommate of the reality star, Cheyenne, corroborated Addison’s version regarding the struggles as the police report reads, “She stated that she talked a little more in-depth with him about how he was struggling with drinking and his depression surrounding that.”

Previously, TMZ reported that “some” of Garrison’s roommates heard a sound on Tuesday, March 5. But they did not think it was a “gunshot.”

The outlet reported that “some” of the roommates “heard a pop on Monday night... but didn't think it was a gunshot”. It was also reported that “none of them” checked on “Garrison to see what happened” until Kody Brown and Janelle’s other son, Gabriel, 22, discovered his brother’s lifeless body.

TMZ further reported that “roommates say Garrison was known in the household to struggle with alcohol.”

Gabriel, nevertheless, had no idea about his brother’s struggle as he appeared to be doing fine after landing himself a job at a medical facility.

Garrison sent ominous texts to his loved ones

Garrison reportedly sent ominous texts to some of his loved ones on Tuesday. He texted a group of people with whom the Brown family works - presumably for their reality show - writing, “I want to hate you for sharing the good times. But I can’t. I miss these days.”

While his mother Janelle was not included in the group of people who received the text, she got a wind of it and texted her son.

Janelle revealed that the duo exchanged a few texts before Garrison stopped replying. She became anxious and sent her other son Gabriel to check on Garrison, and who discovered his body in his room.
