Darrell Sheets’ career

Before he became famous on TV, Sheets was already working in storage auctions for many years. Born on May 13, 1958, in California, he later became a popular face on 'Storage Wars.' He appeared in 163 episodes from 2010 to 2023 and became one of the most well-known stars of the show.

Sheets, also known as 'The Gambler,' was loved for his bold style and strong instincts during auctions. He had been part of the storage auction business for over 30 years, and he often spoke about how much he enjoyed the thrill of it.

In 2019, Sheets suffered a heart attack, which changed his life. After that, he stepped back from auctions and appeared less often on the show. Reports say he later moved to Arizona, where he ran an antiques store and stayed connected to the world he loved.
