The video was shared on Instagram by Kayla Mandeville, a content creator based in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She captioned the post, “Flag lowered outside of Taylor Swift’s mansion in honor of Dolly Parton.”
That same day, Swift also released a statement reacting to the passing of the 'Jolene' icon. The video has since crossed 140,000 views.
