WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump administration officials have slammed skeptics of newly released intelligence files detailing a purported Hillary Clinton campaign plan "to tie Donald Trump to Russia" in 2016.

This came after detractors claimed the sensitive documents were themselves the product of another disinformation campaign by Moscow.

Alexa Henning says 'no one is buying your bulls*** anymore'

Alexa Henning, deputy chief of staff to Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, took to X (formerly Twitter) and asked, "Are we really doing this?"

She then added, "The Russia Hoax was concocted against President Trump by Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, James Clapper, John Brennan, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, etc. by funding a FAKE Dossier and putting into a “real” intelligence product briefed to Congress, the WH and leaked to the public by the spineless, gutless shills in the media. Where’s that headline??"

She also posted screenshots of a New York Times piece alongside nearly decade-old articles from the Washington Post and NBC News.

She wrote in another post, "Not to mention it says in the recently released Durham annex and HPSCI report it says multiple times the Clinton emails were corroborated as authentic by the CIA. No one is buying your bulls**t anymore."

Meanwhile, CIA Director John Ratcliffe and Attorney General Pam Bondi declassified the 24-page annex to special counsel John Durham’s 2023 report on Thursday, July 31.

They emphasized that it showed coordination between Hillary Clinton's team and former President Barack Obama’s administration to push a narrative that the 2016 Trump campaign was in cahoots with Russia during the election.

Moreover, Ratcliffe said in a statement on Thursday that the files revealed "a coordinated plan to prevent and destroy Donald Trump’s presidency."

Meanwhile, CIA spokeswoman Liz Lyons added on Friday, August 1, that "the Hillary Clinton campaign worked to plant the Trump–Russia narrative in the press with her direct approval."

However, a report by the New York Times initially published on Thursday tried to counter the administration, stating that "a key piece of supposed evidence for the claim that Mrs Clinton approved a plan to tie Mr Trump to Russia is not credible: Mr Durham concluded that the email from July 27, 2016, and a related one dated two days earlier were probably manufactured."

Meanwhile, the annex, which Senator Chuck Grassley released on Thursday, does not show that.

Internet sides with deputy chief of staff to DNI Alexa Henning's post

Several internet users sided with Trump admin official Alexa Henning as she slammed skeptics of newly released intelligence files detailing a purported Hillary Clinton campaign plan "to tie Donald Trump to Russia" in 2016.

A user wrote on X, "These lies are an overt action in furtherance of a conspiracy to commit fraud and deprivation of rights," while one added, "They already played that card. Dumb or desperate?"

A person also stated, "Funny thing is, Dems might as well be using string and tin cans to relay messages if they think they are reaching any demographic of note with the nytimes. Absolutely absurd at this point," whereas one mentioned, "So let me get this straight: the left’s new argument is the Russia Collusion hoax was created by… Russia? These people are spiraling."

A user also wrote, "Absolutely insane. Everyone should be ashamed for not reporting it," while one commented, "I doubt they’ll ignore it if Clinton, Obama, Comey, Clapper, & Brennan go to prison! Looking forward to those headlines!"
