WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump jokingly asked a former White House doctor to back his claim that he’s “the healthiest human being.” The POTUS made the remark as he welcomed Navy midshipmen to the White House to honor them after they won the annual Army-Navy football game.
Trump also presented them with the Commander-in-Chief Trophy on Friday, March 20. During the event, the Republican leader praised the young men for graduating from the Navy. Among his guests was his former White House physician Dr Ronny Jackson, a Navy graduate and current congressman from Texas.

Addressing Jackson, the 79-year-old said, “He said I’m the healthiest human being he’s ever seen. Ronny — am I healthier than these guys back here?”
“Yes, sir,” Jackson replied. Trump added, “See, this is why I like him.”
Reports said Trump was in a very jolly mood while interacting with the college athletes. He even invited them to the Oval Office.
Trump praises Navy midshipmen co-captain during ceremony
Trump received a helmet from the captains of the Navy team. “This is very heavy… you need a strong neck,” he said. Quarterback Blake Horvath, the Navy co-captain, quipped, “You’re the healthiest guy here, so you got the neck to do it.”
At one point, Trump praised co-captain Landon Robinson, whose height is 6 feet and weight around 287 pounds. “This is the guy I want to meet,” he said. “His arms are like steel. I just hurt my hand. You think I could take him in a fight,” he added while shaking Robinson’s hand.
During the event, Trump also criticized Democrats for pushing “open borders, transgender for everybody, and having men play women’s sports." He signed an executive order making the second Saturday in December the official date for the annual Army-Navy football game.
Trump proposes four-hour broadcast window for Army-Navy game
This followed Trump’s January statement expressing his love for collegiate football. He had posted on Truth Social, “Under my Administration, the second Saturday in December belongs to Army-Navy, and ONLY Army-Navy!”
I enjoy the Army-Navy game as much as the next guy. But the President has no authority to tell broadcasters it’s the only game people can watch at that time.

“I will soon sign a Historic Executive Order securing an EXCLUSIVE 4-hour Broadcast window, so this National Event stands above Commercial Postseason Games. No other Game or Team can violate this Time Slot!!! On the field, they are rivals, but on the battlefield they are America’s unstoppable Patriots, defending our country with tremendous strength and heart,” he added.
