PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: President Donald Trump pushed back against Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene’s claim that his “traitor” remark is putting her life at risk.
He rejected the accusation as their feud deepened after he withdrew his endorsement when she criticized his foreign policy as not sufficiently “America First.” The clash has intensified since late October 2025.
Trump says nobody cares about MTG
According to the conservative X page RedWavePress on November 17, a video showed Trump taking questions from reporters at the Palm Beach airport.
When a reporter said, “Marjorie Taylor Greene says that her life could be in danger because of the rhetoric," Trump mocked her concern. He replied sarcastically, “Her life is in danger? Who's that?” After the reporter clarified, “Marjorie Taylor Greene,” Trump said, “Marjorie Traitor Greene, I don’t think her life is in danger. Frankly, I don’t think anybody cares about her."

Wacky Marjorie “Traitor” Brown (Remember, Green turns to Brown where there is ROT involved!) is working overtime to try and portray herself as a victim when, in actuality, she is the cause of all of her own problems. The fact…
After the interview with reporters at the Palm Beach airport, Trump posted on Truth Social.
He wrote, “Wacky Marjorie “Traitor” Brown (Remember, Green turns to Brown where there is ROT involved!) is working overtime to try and portray herself as a victim when, in actuality, she is the cause of all of her own problems.” He repeated his “traitor” claim and added, “The fact is, nobody cares about this Traitor to our Country!"
MTG accuses Trump of putting her life at risk
Marjorie Taylor Greene criticized President Donald Trump during a tense interview on CNN’s 'State of the Union' on Sunday, November 16.
She accused him of putting her safety at risk by calling her a “traitor.” Greene said she was shocked by his words after years of loyal support. She told host Dana Bash that she stood by Trump when few others did, campaigned for him across the country, and spent “millions” of her own money. She said his comments were “hurtful,” especially the “traitor” label, which she believes could inspire people to target her.

Those are the types of words used that can radicalize people against me and put my life in danger.”
Greene said Trump’s recent complaints aren’t the real issue. She believes the real conflict began when she pushed for the release of the Epstein Files. When Bash asked whether she was suggesting Trump wanted something hidden, Greene said, “I have no idea what’s in the files.”
But she questioned, “But the question everyone is asking is: Why fight this so hard? The women I have spoken to told me Donald Trump did nothing wrong, some even voted for him. Those are the women who deserve support.”
Trump has claimed their feud began when he advised her not to run for office in Georgia, something Greene firmly denied. She said she never had any conversation with him about running for Senate or governor.
