PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Former president Donald Trump labeled CNN host Van Jones 'lowlife' and claimed that he 'never once called to thank' the ex-POTUS for getting the Criminal Justice Reform approved by the United States Senate.

The GOP Presidential nominee posted on the social media platform Truth Social about several issues related to Vice President Kamala Harris. He added that she received praise recently from Jones over her economic agenda and other issues, according to Mediaite.

Donald Trump labels Van Jones 'lowlife'

Donald Trump posted on August 17, "Lightweight Political commentator Van Jones begged me, while in the Oval Office and with tears flowing from his eyes, to help get Criminal Justice Reform approved by the United States Senate."

He added, "I got it done, with Conservative help, and this lowlife, Jones, never once called to thank me, or the others that helped, for what we had done."

He went on to mention, "Along with Opportunity Zones, the long term funding of HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES, and much more, I’ve done more for our black population than anyone other than, perhaps, Abraham Lincoln!!! Sorry, but that’s the way it is!!!"

However, Van Jones specifically gave Trump credit on that very issue in 2018 and other times, according to Mediaite.

Trump also took jibes at Harris in a different post where he wrote, "Comrade Kamala Harris is terrible for our Country. She is a Communist, has always been a Communist, and will always be a Communist. Under her 'leadership', the USA will fail, and fail quickly. We will not let that happen!!!"

In another post, he wrote, "Comrade Kamala’s Father was a Marxist Economics Professor. Is this really what we want for our Country? It would be the END OF AMERICA!"
