WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump is praising the construction of the new White House ballroom, claiming the project is “on time, and under budget” while moving forward at a high quality.

Trump also criticized the lawsuit filed by National Trust's Alison Hoagland, arguing that she has “absolutely no STANDING” to sue and is simply trying to hinder important national work.

Trump highlights ballroom progress and national security benefits

President Trump claims the construction project is moving quickly and is currently under budget.

He contrasted his project's success with other federal work, specifically pointing out the poor management of the Federal Reserve Building.

He insisted that the new ballroom and its security features are essential for the country’s safety.

"The Ballroom is coming along fantastically well," the President stated.

"It’s on time, and under budget (Unlike the Federal Reserve Building, where “Too Late” has done a terrible job of Cost and Time Control!), and at a much higher quality than I ever promised, including the DronePort, and ALL of the other many Military elements, which are all vital for National Security, that are being built throughout the whole integrated, cohesive Project."

He concluded by emphasizing that "it is desperately needed, and will be very special!"

Trump slams 'serial plaintiff' over obstruction of necessary project

Trump strongly rejected the legal challenge brought by Alison Hoagland, a historian who has sued to stop the project.

Trump labeled the lawsuit as a damaging move for the country and questioned the credibility of the plaintiff.

He claimed that Hoagland is a "serial plaintiff" who uses lawsuits to target developments across Washington. Trump questioned the logic behind the plaintiff's grievances.

"The woman that sued me has absolutely no STANDING to do so," he asserted.

"This should not even be a case, and it is highly damaging to our Country. She is highly litigious, a serial plaintiff, and said she was bothered in her walking by the White House, but didn’t state her involvement in distant other places."

Trump further cast doubt on the physical possibility of her complaints, noting, "Why then is she involved in litigation on other Developments in far distant parts of DC. Is she walking there, too? How is she walking on a totally closed street at the Treasury Building — Nobody is allowed to walk there? She never saw a Building, because there is no Buildingo there."
