WASHINGTON,DC: President Donald Trump has introduced a new "Presidential Walk of Fame" along the White House colonnade, using it to troll his predecessor, Joe Biden.

The display features black-and-white presidential portraits in gold frames, but instead of a photo of Biden, there is a picture of an autopen signing his signature.

The video, shared on social media by White House aide Margo Martin, pans across portraits of George W Bush and Barack Obama before focusing on the autopen, which is placed between two framed images of Trump himself.

Trump memorializes Joe Biden’s autopen controversy at White House

Trump had teased the autopen portrait earlier this month during an interview with the Daily Caller’s Reagan Reese. “This is going to be very controversial,” the president told Reese. Trump has repeatedly criticized Biden’s use of the autopen, claiming many of the pardons signed were invalid.

"It was illegally used. He never gave the orders," Trump said during his recent trip to the UK. "He never told them what to do. And I guess the only one he signed, or one of the few he signed, was the pardon for his son," he added.

In June, Trump ordered an investigation by his White House counsel into autopen use during the Biden administration. The GOP-led House Oversight Committee is also investigating.

"The autopen I think is maybe one of the biggest scandals that we've had in 50-100 years," he said at the time. In a June Truth Social post, Trump said, “The autopen is the biggest political scandal in American History!!!"

Report exposes Joe Biden's chief of staff approved pardons

Biden’s chief of staff issued final approval for multiple high-profile preemptive pardons during his last days in office, according to a recent New York Times report.

During his presidency, Biden granted a total of 4,245 acts of clemency, 96% of which were issued between October 2024 and January 2025, according to Pew Research Center data. A White House official previously told Fox News Digital that Trump personally signs every legally binding document, though he does use an autopen for letters.

Biden pushed back against Trump’s claims, asserting that he personally made decisions on pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations. "Any suggestion that I didn’t is ridiculous and false," Biden said in response to the investigation. "This is nothing more than a distraction," he added.

Internet cheers Trump's autopen troll

Social media users responded enthusiastically to Trump’s latest display at the White House Walk of Fame.

"President Trump putting a picture of the autopen instead of Biden is one of the many reasons I love that man. It’s also ACCURATE. Joseph ‘Autopen’ Biden, the 46th President of the United States," one wrote on X.

"The quiet trolls are the best. Rolling," another added.

"Love his humor. That’s exactly something I would do," commented one user, while another said, "A picture that requires no explanation!"

"Okay this is ultimate level. It doesn’t get better than this," another noted. "So no complaints if the next president does something similar with Donald," one more wrote.
