WASHINGTON, DC: Viewers tuning in to President Donald Trump’s cabinet meeting on Tuesday quickly noticed something unusual.

Although the meeting was intended to focus on administrative updates, the real spotlight shifted to the president’s right hand, which appeared to be covered with two large Band-Aids and an unmistakable layer of makeup.

Although President Donald Trump, 79, maintained a calm demeanor during the meeting, cameras captured a clear view of the two oversized Band-Aids on the back of his right hand.

The makeup, apparently applied to conceal discoloration, was also noticeable to longtime observers who have previously spotted a recurring bruise he has attempted to hide during past appearances.

The renewed attention comes just a day after Karoline Leavitt assured the public that the president had undergone a “preventative” MRI strictly as a precaution.

She insisted Trump’s overall health remains “excellent,” despite persistent online rumors. During Tuesday’s meeting, Trump addressed the MRI himself but did not comment on the Band-Aids or the makeup on his hand.

“I’ll let you know when something’s wrong,” he said. “There will be some day.” He dismissed the speculation as a media obsession, insisting his health is “perfect.” Trump also claimed he received “all A’s” on his physical and emphasized that he had volunteered to take a cognitive test, something he said “no other president in history had done.”

Social media fuels speculation about Trump’s health after cabinet meeting

Despite the White House’s assurances, many users on X weren’t convinced.

One user wrote, “He thinks those are the stickers he got at the doctor’s office for ‘acing’ all of his health tests.’”

Another said, “Its all that’s holding him together.”

Another added, “Dude ran out of makeup and had to use a bandaid.”

Another added, “That’s where his IV fluids and medications are being administered.”

One user asked, “How long can Trump’s people keep lying about his health?”

One user shared, "Treatments are getting aggressive"

Another clip from the meeting prompted claims that Trump appeared to briefly doze off.

Rather than address questions about his own health, President Donald Trump quickly redirected the conversation toward former President Joe Biden, criticizing the frequency of Biden’s press interactions.

Trump claimed he takes far more questions from reporters and suggested that Biden avoided briefings “for eight months” during his presidency.
