Video shows Hayden Panettiere’s BF Brian Hickerson yelling about her death as he is detained
GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA: Videos of Brian Hickerson, the former boyfriend of Hayden Panettiere, have gone viral after he allegedly got into an altercation at a bar in Greenville, South Carolina.
The alleged incident at Wild Wing Cafe on Saturday, September 12, at around 9.00 pm also led to his detention, during which he reportedly yelled about the late actress’ death. He was not taken into custody and was eventually released.

Brian Hickerson allegedly got violent with other people at bar
Brian's brother Zach Hickerson, who was also present with him, was reportedly arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the Greenville County Detention Center.
As per TMZ, both Hickerson brothers had been drinking for hours before Brian went to the bar to talk to other people. However, the situation quickly escalated, with video showing him throwing a bar stool backward as other patrons looked on in shock.
Brian Hickerson blames Greenville Police Department for leaking news of Hayden Panettiere’s death
Another video posted on X (formerly Twitter) showed Brian sitting on the ground. He can also be heard saying, “GPD leaked it when my girlfriend died,” referring to the Greenville Police Department as well as to the death of Hayden, who died on August 16.
The ‘Nashville’ star was 36 and is survived by her young daughter. Hickerson brothers were reportedly present at the South Carolina residence where Hayden died.
Brian later issued a statement via his attorney that read, “Hayden’s death remains under investigation, and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed. As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play.”
“Out of respect for Hayden’s loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time,” it added.
Zach Hickerson said he and Brian tried to save Hayden Panettiere
In a statement to TMZ on August 21, Zach said, “When we went in and tried to wake Hayden up for lunch, we realized she was unconscious. I immediately called 911, and Brian gave her Narcan.”
“We then jointly performed CPR while 911 was on speaker until Fire and EMS arrived. At that point, we watched as they tried every measure possible to save her life,” he added.
Meanwhile, following Saturday's incident, Zach said in a statement to TMZ on Sunday: “It's just super frustrating all that we've been through and all the rumors that get started and then people believe them and then they attack as a result of the rumors.”
