Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says officials identified roughly one million Obamacare enrollees without Social Security numbers, raising concerns about potentially fraudulent sign-ups, insurance broker commissions and taxpayer-funded premium payments. Kennedy says the administration is cleaning up enrollment records and targeting allegedly crooked brokerage operations.
