Bill Clinton Leaves Decision on Trump Testimony to Oversight Panel, Comer Says

House Oversight Chairman James Comer said former President Bill Clinton deferred to the committee when asked whether President Donald Trump should be called to testify about his past interactions with Jeffrey Epstein. According to Comer, Clinton responded, “That’s for you to decide,” and added that Trump had never said anything to him suggesting involvement in Epstein’s crimes. Lawmakers are continuing what Comer described as a lengthy deposition expected to last several hours.
