Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan has been found guilty of felony obstruction after a federal trial stemming from an April courthouse incident involving immigration authorities. According to prosecutors, Dugan obstructed federal agents from the Department of Homeland Security who were attempting to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz on immigration violations while he appeared in her courtroom on a battery charge.
