Crews Battle Massive Roof Fire at Raleigh Convention Center

Massive flames tore across the roof of the Raleigh Convention Center as 911 calls poured in around 9.30 PM. Fire crews rushed to the scene, launched aerial operations and discovered the blaze was fueled by gas. The fire stretched the entire length of the roof before crews got it under control in 40 minutes. No injuries reported.
