DC Shooter Had CIA-Backed Ties in Afghanistan-FBI Calls Attack ‘Terrorism’

The suspect who shot two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., has been identified as 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal a former member of CIA-backed units during the U.S. war in Afghanistan.
