Dem Sen. Alex Padilla Vows to Block SAVE Act, Says It ‘Deserves to Die’

Sen. Alex Padilla is drawing a hard line against the SAVE Act, saying Senate Democrats will do everything they can to stop it. In official floor remarks, Padilla called the bill a “voter suppression bill” and said Democrats would fight it “tooth and nail, day after day, night after night, for as long as it takes.”
