Footage Shows Border Patrol Agents Using Force on 16-Year-Old With Hands Raised in Long Beach

New video from an immigration enforcement operation shows a 16-year-old with his hands raised as an agent moves in and appears to hit him in the head with a pistol. Two more agents tackle the teen and force his head toward the curb. After the boy is already pinned to the ground, another agent brings in a K9. One officer briefly appears to put his knee on the teen’s neck while he’s handcuffed, even though the child doesn’t appear to be fighting back.
