Groton Police Rescue Man from Freezing Water After 15 Minutes

Police bodycam video shows Groton officers rescuing a man who fell into the water at Spicer’s Marina. Officer Bryan Albee, first on scene Wednesday night, said he was told the man had been in the water for about 15 minutes before officers pulled him to safety.
