'Haha! Wipe Out': Federal Agent Laughs as ICE Vehicle Hits Protester

Chaos erupted during a tense anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) protest in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on December 9, footage shows. Video captured by Jon Farina with Status Coup shows demonstrators heckling federal agents. On several occasions, ICE agents can be seen pepper spraying protesters, who refuse to clear the area when being told to “get out of the street.” About two minutes and 52 seconds into the footage, a demonstrator is seen getting struck and knocked to the ground by an unmarked ICE vehicle. “Hahaha! Wipe out!” an agent is heard saying after the collision. At the three-minute mark, at least two other protesters are seen throwing snowballs towards another ICE vehicle, prompting agents to exit the car and spray nearby demonstrators.
