House Reopens DHS in 221–209 Vote as Four Democrats Break Ranks and Join Republicans
In a 221–209 vote, four Democrats broke ranks and joined the GOP to end what Republicans are calling the Democrat-driven DHS shutdown in the House. The Democrats who crossed over: Don Davis, Henry Cuellar, Jared Golden and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez.
