The United States is taking another step toward securing the minerals that power modern technology, defense systems and advanced manufacturing. On September 17, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys signed a memorandum of understanding on critical minerals at the State Department in Washington.
