Karoline Leavitt’s Relative Detained by ICE

A woman closely connected to Karoline Leavitt, Bruna Ferreira, was arrested by ICE in Revere, Massachusetts, despite living in the U.S. for decades. She is now held in an ICE facility in Louisiana, while her 11-year-old son lives with Michael Leavitt and his wife. Bruna came from Brazil as a child in 1998 under DACA and was working toward legal residency, her lawyer says. Her family has launched a GoFundMe campaign to cover her legal expenses.
