Luigi Mangione Will Not Face Death Penalty in UnitedHealthcare CEO Killing

A federal judge has ruled that prosecutors cannot seek the death penalty against Luigi Mangione in the killing of a UnitedHealthcare CEO. Mangione’s attorney said the defense is “very relieved” by the decision.
