Man Spotted Hanging Onto Moving Cars in Sacramento Traffic
A man was caught on camera hanging onto moving cars in Sacramento, California, on February 24. Footage from Daryl Guevarra shows the wild scene, with Guevarra noting one car was doing 40 mph at the time. Separate video showed the man getting hit by one passing car. Police told local media the man was arrested, and that he had outstanding warrants.
