Marco Rubio: “No Law Requires the President to Notify All 535 Members of Congress”

Sen. Marco Rubio is firing back at critics who say the president should have notified all 535 members of Congress before recent military action. He says: “We can’t notify 535 members of Congress. Vote on whatever they want. There’s NO law saying we have to do that.” He even notes he’s done more of 8 briefings here than he got in four years of Biden, and vows they’ll “continue to comply” with the law.
