“Pay It Back” Pritzker and Newsom Demand Trump Refund Tariff Money to Families

Gavin Newsom says Donald Trump “owes families their money back $1,751 per household” after tariffs that were ruled unconstitutional. He accuses Trump of “illegally” taxing working Americans, taking “hundreds of billions,” and now dodging the bill. Illinois Gov JB Pritzker just made it *literal* — sending Trump a $8,679,261,600 invoice for what he calls “illegal tariffs” hitting 5,105,448 Illinois households, and warning he’ll sue if Trump doesn’t pay up.
