Putin Repeats Key Demands Ahead of U.S.–Russia Talks in Moscow

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin is doubling down ahead of high-stakes talks with the U.S. in Moscow. He insists the war will end only if Ukrainian forces withdraw from all territories claimed by Russia including Crimea and parts of the Donbas. Kyiv says that’s a non-starter.
