Rep. Jim McGovern Votes No on Funding Bill, Accuses DHS Leaders of Constitutional Violations

On the House floor, Massachusetts Democrat Jim McGovern said he will vote against the latest Department of Homeland Security funding bill — and then went straight for the jugular “I refuse to send another cent to Stephen Miller or Kristi Noem. They are undermining our Constitution, and the department they run is murdering American citizens in the streets.”
