Sen. Hirono: Democrats Back TSA, FEMA Funding, Push Back on ICE Spending

Sen. Mazie Hirono is pushing back on Republican shutdown messaging by saying Democrats do support funding TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard, and have tried multiple times to do so. Her red line, she says, is giving ICE more money without limits, oversight, or accountability.
