Singer Lionel Richie Hospitalized In ICU After St. Louis Concert

Lionel Richie checked himself into a St. Louis hospital after completing his final song seated at The Muny. The 77-year-old asked his team to bring him a chair during “All Night Long,” but remained onstage and finished the concert. He was later reportedly admitted to intensive care for testing as a precaution, with doctors investigating possible mild dehydration. The incident has caused additional concern because Richie experienced dizziness during a June 24 concert, which ended early and was followed by another hospitalization and two postponed shows. A source close to Richie’s tour said he is expected to be okay.
