Smoke Rises from Manhole on Fire in Cleveland

Roads were closed in Cleveland, Ohio, on Tuesday, December 2, after a manhole caught fire and a nearby library was evacuated, according to Fox8. Video released by Cleveland Fire shows flames flicker from inside the manhole as caution tape was drawn around the perimeter. A portion of State Road was briefly closed as a power company assessed the situation and motorists were urged to avoid the area.
