SNAP Payments - “Yes” or “Nay” from Supreme Courts Awaited!
The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to pause the order. An appeal court said on Monday, to resume the full funding and the only way to stop seesawing is to reopen the Government. Having said that Hawaii and New Jersey receiving full benefits of SNAP despite Trump’s request to keep blocking states from providing full benefits as these funds can be diverted for other things have shifted the core nature of the seesawing rulings on SNAP. It is evident from Nebraska and West Virginia not receiving alike. Opposing to the October 31st’s rulings that the partial funding should come up, last week one of the judge had asked the funds to flow fully for November even by compromising emergency funds allotted for other significant fields. Amidst these, like mentioned in the beginning, some receive partially while some receive none. It is an obligation for a beneficiary to be benefitted fairly despite all!
