Military Sister Surprises Her Brother at High School Graduation After Serving in Iran War A student who had not seen his big sister for his entire senior year of high school while she was serving in the Iran war was reunited with his sibling in an emotional surprise reunion at his graduation. Footage streamed live by Milwaukee Lutheran in Wisconsin shows Kalen Barksdale walking the stage to graduate but staff pretend there’s an issue and they can’t find his diploma. “Sometimes the most important deliveries take a little longer than expected, especially when they’re coming from so far away,” the speaker says from the podium, to reveal Barksdale’s sister in military uniform at the back of the auditorium, ready to present his diploma.
