Flames burst from a recycling truck in Mesa, Arizona, on Monday, September, 14, forming a fire vortex in the middle of a residential road. Video shared to Facebook shows flames erupting from the truck and rapidly growing around the vehicle. United Mesa Fire Fighters responded to the blaze and said crews extinguished flames from a distance.
