Trash Dumped Into Yard in Payment Dispute A fed-up dumpster company in San Pablo, California, emptied a full load into the yard of a customer they said failed to pay a bill. Martin Perez, the owner of the garbage disposal company, told KTVU his client requested a dumpster to dispose of trash at their home, but failed to pay the rental and trash disposal fee after multiple requests. Perez said he had already lost money on the dumpster delivery and pickup, and could not bear the cost of also taking the trash to the dump.
