Speaker Nancy Pelosi is taking direct aim at President Donald Trump over his Iran strikes, and she’s turning the spotlight from missiles back to the Constitution. “We all agree Iran should not have a nuclear weapon,” Pelosi says. “But that does not mean the Constitution should be a casualty because someone wants to take a shortcut to war. Our oath is to defend the Constitution — and it gives Congress the power to declare war.”
