Trump on War Effort: “On a Scale of 10? I’d Say About a 15”

President Donald Trump describes the U.S. war effort right now, not just good, not even perfect, but beyond the top of the scale. In his latest comments, Trump said: “We’re doing very well on the war front, to put it mildly I would say. Somebody said ‘On a scale of 10 where would you rate it?’ I said, ‘About a 15.’ He followed it by praising America’s troops: “We’re going to continue to do well. We have the greatest military in the world, by far.”
