Trump Pushes Back on School Strike Claims, Says Tomahawk Missiles Aren’t Unique to the U.S.

A Tomahawk-style missile smashing into an Iranian girls’ school, with the building reportedly destroyed. When asked, President Donald Trump didn’t simply say yes or no — he questioned the assumption behind the accusation. He pointed out that Tomahawk missiles are sold and used by other countries, not just by the U.S. military. Trump’s reply: I will say that the Tomahawk is sold and used by other countries. And whether it’s Iran who also has some Tomahawks, they wish they had more, but whether it’s Iran or somebody else, a Tomahawk is very generic. That’s being investigated.”
