Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is making it clear that one court ruling won’t be the end of Trump-era tariffs. After judges said the administration can’t use IEEPA to raise revenue, Bessent stresses the Court did not rule the tariffs themselves unconstitutional only that they can’t run through that specific statute.
