Trump is turning the spotlight back on Cuba calling it a “failed nation” and claiming his team is in direct talks to push for an agreement. He says Sec. Rubio is involved in the outreach and argues that the goal is to ease a humanitarian crisis and finally give Cuban American families a real chance to go back and see their relatives.
