Who controls strait of hormuz: “Maybe Me”— Trump responds

Trump said the strait could reopen soon under some form of joint control if a deal is reached. On the same-day he says “Maybe me… me and the Ayatollah” when asked who would control it. The Strait of Hormuz is one of the most important oil routes on earth. Control of it means energy, markets, leverage, and power. Trump also hinted at a “very serious form of regime change” in Iran and said there are respected people inside the country who could become part of what comes next.
