Wild Moment Construction Workers Jump Across Rooftops as ICE Swarms Site

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents were seen conducting dozens of raids across Southern California on Wednesday, January 14, including one at a construction site in Montebello, according to local news reports. Eddie Huerta told Storyful that ICE agents pulled up to a house across the street from his own while a group of construction workers were getting ready to have lunch, causing the workers to panic. Surveillance footage from Huerta shows two construction workers jumping to neighboring roofs as they fled from the agents. No one was detained during the incident, ABC7 reported.
