Vin Diesel branded 'creepy' as video of him gushing over YouTuber surfaces amid sexual battery allegation

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Following Vin Diesel's denial of allegations that he 'forced himself' on former assistant Asta Jonasson, fans attacked the actor for his 'creepy and cringeworthy' behavior in a 2017 interview that has resurfaced on social media.

In a recent lawsuit, his assistant Jonasson accused the 56-year-old 'Fast & Furious' star of sexual battery; however, the actor 'categorically denied' the allegations.

Following the lawsuit's announcement on Thursday, December 21, an interview that Diesel had with Brazilian YouTuber Carol Moreira in 2017 during a press tour for 'XXX: The Return of Zander Cage' has further scrutinized the actor.

Vin Diesel appeared gushing over the 'beautiful' host in the resurfaced footage

Re-shared on X, the video shows the actor swooning over the "beautiful" presenter, scooting over her on his knees and requesting to have lunch with her.

During the promotional interview for his movie 'XXX: The Return of Zander Cage,' Diesel displayed a flirtatious demeanor towards Carol, characterizing her as "the most gorgeous girl in Brazil," per The Mirror.

Commenting on the video, the X (formerly Twitter) user who uploaded it, wrote: "I gotta say, I’ve always had a weird feeling about Vin Diesel since I saw this video years back. While disappointing, I can’t say that the news surrounding him rn is all that surprising."

In the video, he spoke to the camera crew and said, "God, you're so beautiful, you're so beautiful, man, am I right or wrong? How am I supposed to do this interview?"

As Carol responds: "Thank you," Diesel goes on to say, "Let's get out of here, let's go have lunch. My god I love her. Look how beautiful she is, god I love her wow."

The YouTuber attempted to change the topic, but Diesel continued his flirtatious behavior while getting down on his knees and crawling toward Carol.

"She's so f*****g beautiful it's like, you can't even do an interview with her," the 'Fast and Furious' star added.

Getting up to his feet, he asked: "Oh my God, someone save me. When did this turn into a beautiful world? When did this turn into the most gorgeous girl in Brazil? When did this turn into I love you?"

The YouTuber was astounded and could not stop expressing 'thank you' for all of his advances.

The latest footage release comes after Diesel's attorney fiercely denied allegations made by his former assistant that, while filming 'Fast 5' in Atlanta's St. Regis hotel, in 2010, he "forced himself on her."

As per the lodged complaint, Jonasson reportedly waited for Diesel outside a motel room till he finished entertaining women.

The actor is accused of grabbing her wrist after those women departed, dragging her onto the bed, groping her, and feeling her up before she could escape.

Asta Jonasson's attorney responded to Variety over the complaint, filed in Los Angeles, saying that the father of three "categorically denies this claim in its entirety," per Daily Mail.

Internet users brand Vin Diesel's behavior 'creepy' and 'weird'

Many people criticized Vin Diesel's conduct in the comments section of social media posts after the interview was posted, calling it "creepy" and "unprofessional."

One such user wrote on X: "One of the cringiest interviews ever. Gross!!"

A second one added, "Omg he’s so weird. I didn’t know vin was like that," while a third one chimed in, "This is so f**king creepy holy shit"

Another one wrote, "I'm not going for that believe all women shit, but yikes homie was simping pretty hard for this chick that's actually pretty mid."

"Yup. That video turned me right off of him. Disrespectful, unprofessional and predatory," slammed another one.

"Damn she looks so uncomfortable I'm uncomfortable just watching it," asserted one more X user.
