‘We are still intact’: Dolly Parton’s sister Stella addresses estate dispute and family drama
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Dolly Parton’s younger sister, Stella, has spoken out amid the latest estate drama surrounding the legendary music icon. The dispute involves the country legend’s nephew and former head of security, Bryan Seaver.
Stella shared that their family is “still intact” amid the estate drama and legal dispute. She shared a Facebook post on Thursday, September 24, addressing the issue and the latest reports surrounding the family.
Previously, Freida Parton also shared an Instagram post and clarified that there is "no feud" going on within the family.
Stella Parton addresses Dolly Parton estate family drama
In the post, Stella, 77, shared a greeting with her audience, writing, “Good morning, look at this beautiful day we are blessed to receive!”
She continued, “Tomorrow will be one month since my big sister Dolly left us on this side of what is called reality! I feel her presence now as much as always.”
She added: “Her light will never go out because the seeds of goodness she planted in all our lives will keep growing!”
The post continued, “Thank you to all of you who recognized her efforts and genuine intentions. It has been a comfort to experience such an outpouring of love on her behalf as we grieve her passing.”
“We are also grieving the loss of our brother Denver, who passed less than a month before her. All families have the same struggles since we are all living in this world having a human experience!” she wrote.
“We are still intact and moving forward because our children and grandchildren look to us for strength and guidance during this difficult time of loss and confusion for them as well,” she confirmed.
“Regardless of what you may have seen on different news outlets, we are all doing what you would be doing under the same circumstances,” she added.
“We are living our lives one day at a time and being grateful for every blessing. Tomorrow there will be a celebration in my sister’s honor and I thank you again for your support of her and your kind thoughts.” She concluded, “God bless all of you and have a wonderful day!”
Freida Parton denies feud over Dolly Parton’s estate
Amid Seaver’s firing and the restraining order, Freida Parton addressed the reported family tensions just a day earlier. In an Instagram post shared on September 23, Freida wrote, “I’ll say this and this only: There is no feud within our family.”
She continued, “No one among the Parton family is fighting over Dolly’s estate.” Freida also made sure to express her support for her nephew, writing, “We all love Bryan, just as we all love each other. I love you all!!!”
With her statement, Freida made it clear that she does not believe there is a feud within the Parton family and expressed her support for her nephew.
