'What a message!': Internet lauds Kate Middleton's brother James for paying her a warm tribute with their childhood picture

LONDON, ENGLAND: Kate Middleton's brother James Middleton has paid tribute with a heartfelt image shared of the two when they were children.

This comes soon after the Princess came forward announcing her cancer diagnosis in a video message, shutting down theories surrounding her health following her abdominal surgery in January, 2024.

James shared a heartfelt post and a childhood photo of him and Kate, offering his support at this difficult time as she navigates her health struggles.

He wrote, "Over the years, we have climbed many mountains together. As a family, we will climb this one with you too," along with a mountain and heart emoticons.

The entrepreneur rarely comments on his relationship with the Princess of Wales in public.

Meanwhile, Kate's parents Carole, 69, and Michael, 74, along with Kate's siblings Pippa Matthews and James Middleton, have been supporting the royal's recovery at her home in Windsor, which is near their own homes, according to Daily Mail. 

Kate Middleton's timely announcement was to 'protect' her children 

Kate Middleton, who announced her cancer diagnosis on Friday, March 22, detected soon after having abdominal surgery said it "came as a huge shock."

"William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family," she said.

"It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment," she added.

"But, most importantly," she continued,  "it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be OK."

GMA's royal contributor Victoria Murphy said that Kate's children, George, Charlotte, and Louis have broken up for the Easter Holidays.

Suggesting they will "keep them in a bubble with them and really protect them from the outside world while all this news and this reaction hits the rest of the world, and while people are talking about it."

Fans react to James Middleton's heartfelt tribute to Kate Middleton 

There were messages of support as people reacted to James' heartfelt message to her sister Kate.

"What a message! She cared for you and now you do for her," wrote one Instagram comment. It added, "That’s the dream of any mother to have children like you three. Praise the Lord."

Some said it was awful she had to say anything. "Awful that she had to say anything at all. She may be a public figure but she deserves to have a private life when it comes to her health," as another added, "Love wins."

"We are ALL behind the whole family," wrote one more as another said, "It must be so comforting for your sister to know she has a wonderful support system in her family..."

"Your sister is beloved the world over. She is going to have so many prayers said for her complete recovery- mine among them," one more fan wrote.
