WASHINGTON, DC: Zendaya and Tom Holland are reportedly married, stylist Law Roach revealed at the 2026 Actor Awards on Sunday, March 1.

The couple first sparked dating rumors in 2016. Their relationship was officially confirmed in 2021 when they were spotted sharing a kiss in a car.

While walking the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards, Zendaya’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, told Access Hollywood, “The wedding has already happened,” teasing, “You missed it.” When the reporter asked, “Is that true?” Roach laughed and replied, “It’s very true! Thank you so much.”

Speculation about the couple’s engagement began after the 29-year-old actress showed up at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards on January 5 wearing a massive diamond on the ring finger of her left hand. TMZ confirmed the engagement the next day, citing sources close to the pair.

That same day, an insider told PEOPLE that Holland, also 29, had been “wanting to propose [to Zendaya] for a while now. He's always been crazy about her. He always knew she was the one.” The source added, “They have something very special.”

In September 2025, Holland confirmed the engagement in a playful moment during a panel event. When a reporter off-camera referred to Zendaya as his girlfriend, Holland corrected him with a smile, saying, “Fiancee.”

The couple, who have always valued their privacy, first sparked dating rumors in 2016 when they starred together in 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'. At the time, both Zendaya and Holland insisted their connection was strictly platonic.

In July 2017, a source told PEOPLE that Zendaya and Tom Holland were dating. “They started seeing each other while they were filming Spider-Man,” the insider said. “They've been super careful to keep it private and out of the public eye but they've gone on vacations with each other and try and spend as much time as possible with one another."

Another source added, “They're both really ambitious and they challenge each other — but, most importantly, they make each other crack up. They seem to have a really similar sense of humor and love joking around together. They have great banter back and forth."

In November 2021, Holland spoke to GQ about the difficulty of keeping their relationship private. “One of the downsides of our fame is that privacy isn't really in our control anymore,” he said. “A moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world.”

Zendaya shared a similar thought in the same interview. “The equal sentiment [we both share] is just that when you really love and care about somebody, some moments or things, you wish were your own,” she expressed. “I think loving someone is a sacred thing and a special thing and something that you want to deal with and go through and experience and enjoy amongst the two people that love each other."
