NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Author Glennon Doyle shared a heartfelt message for newlyweds Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce as they begin their new life together.
Doyle, 50, attended the pop icon and the NFL star’s July 3 wedding with her wife, Abby Wambach, at Madison Square Garden in New York City. But it was her purse that stole the show.

She also directly addressed the Grammy winner and Kelce in the caption of the joint post with the retired soccer star, 46, saying, “Before Abby and I fell asleep that magical night, the last thing we discussed was our hope for you.”
“We hope that you feel so surrounded by concentric circles of love and support from your family, friends and global admirers that you enter your new marriage era knowing this: You’re not on your own, kids. You never will be,” the ‘Untamed’ author stated.
Doyle ended her post on a playful note, adding, “Love, Abby and Glennon (Your Retired English teacher and PE teacher),” a reference to Swift and Kelce’s Instagram caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married”, which they used to announce their engagement on Instagram.
The ‘Cruel Summer’ singer and the football tight end got engaged in August 2025 after nearly two years of dating.
Doyle and Wambach have been married since 2017 after meeting a year earlier.
No bridesmaids or groomsmen at Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding
The couple was among several celebrity pairs, including Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, and Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid, who attended Swift and Kelce’s wedding alongside their family members.
Though photos from their nuptials have not yet been released, a press release confirmed that the bride and groom wore haute couture designs by Christian Dior.
“They are designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women's, Men's and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the Bride and Groom. This is Jonathan Anderson’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity!” it noted.
The release also stated that there were no bridesmaids or groomsmen. Instead, the ‘Love Story’ hitmaker’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her Man of Honor, while Kelce’s older brother, Jason Kelce, was his Best Man.
