Ben Affleck gives ex-wife Jennifer Lopez his full $60M mansion stake at no cost
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck has reportedly given up on his share of the $60 million mansion and given his entire share in the mansion to ex-wife Jennifer Lopez.
The former couple has updated their property settlement agreement, which shows a “transfer of property among spouses,” TMZ reported. And as per the revision, Affleck would be giving up on his share of their mansion.

While the terms and exact nature of the property transfer agreement have not come to light, sources aware of the situation told the outlet that Affleck gave Lopez his entire stake of the property at no cost.
Affleck and Lopez bought the mansion in California’s Beverly Hills when the duo was still married. They bought the property worth $60.85 million in May 2023 and spent millions of dollars on renovations later.
The couple has reportedly also attempted to sell the property months before Lopez filed for divorce. They even lowered the asking price to $52 million from the initial demand of $68 million, but found no buyers.

In the beginning, the couple said that Jennifer Lopez thought the house was too big and that Affleck never liked it, but only two months after listing the property for sale, she filed for separation.
“While they’ve been hoping to sell the property, they’ve also been hesitant to take a big loss,” an insider told People at the time.
“They lowered the price to get more interest, and when this didn’t happen, they were advised to take it off the market,” the source continued. “It was a business decision that they made together.”
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck buy new homes
Ben moved to a $20 million home in Pacific Palisades the same summer to be closer to his children — Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13 — whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Jennifer Lopez currently occupies the shared mansion, as she has been planning to move out only after the renovation of her new home.
Later, Lopez also bought an $18 million home for herself and her 18-year-old twins, Max and Emme, in Los Angeles. She shares her children with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
The mansion is now entirely owned by Lopez, who recently said that she feels free after two years of divorce.
“I’m in my happy era,” she gushed in a teaser clip, which aired on 'Good Morning America' last month. “I think, for the first time in my life, I feel like I’m free; I’m on my own. And it feels really good.”
