NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Sean Hannity began the morning of May 21, accusing President Joe Biden of "literally" surrendering to terrorism and cautioning that the United States could be "next" if Hamas somehow succeeds in defeating Israel.

Appearing on 'Fox & Friends', Hannity criticized the United Nations and the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim AA Khan before shifting his focus to the president.

As per CNN, ICC prosecutor Karim Khan informed CNN's Christiane Amanpour in an exclusive interview on Monday that the international tribunal is pursuing arrest warrants for officials, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity.

These charges are related to their respective roles in the October 7 attack on Israel and the subsequent conflict, which has resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinians.

Reportedly, The US President said, “The ICC prosecutor's application for arrest warrants against Israeli leaders is outrageous. And let me be clear: whatever this Prosecutor might imply, there is no equivalence – none – between Israel and Hamas. We will always stand with Israel against threats to its security.

In a White House statement released on May 20, Biden called the ICC’s efforts “outrageous.”

Despite President Biden condemning the ICC prosecutor's announcement, Hannity criticized him for equating Israel and Hamas.

“Where is our moral clarity? The saddest thing in all of this to me is that your President Joe has literally surrendered in the war on terrorism and the world needs to understand that,” Hannity said.

He then added, “That is a message that has emboldened every terrorist state, every terrorist organization, it has emboldened our enemies.

The Fox News host highlighted Biden's recent threat to withhold munitions from Israel if there is a full-scale invasion of Rafah as evidence of his "surrender."

Sean Hannity warns of growing threats after Israel conflict

Biden has faced criticism within his own party, including significant primary protest votes, for his support of Israel, with many activists calling for a ceasefire due to Israel's extensive strikes on Gaza resulting in numerous civilian casualties.

Netanyahu has stated that the assault will continue until Hamas, the terror group responsible for attacking Israel on Oct. 7 and causing over 1,000 deaths and hundreds of kidnappings, is eliminated.

“This is a sad day. America’s role as the leader of liberty and freedom on the world stage has been abdicated by Joe Biden, who has surrendered — hear me — surrendered in the war against radical Islamic terrorism, and guess what that’s going to result in? More terrorism around the world,” Hannity said.

The Fox News host highlighted the southern border, noting record crossings, and suggested that this is where Americans should focus their concern, raising the possibility of another potential terrorist attack.

“It’s a pretty scary time because let me tell you, we’re going to be next. They take out Israel — God forbid they were ever successful — do you think they’re done?” he said. “No, it’s death to Israel, death to America.”
